“Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating when we needed extra towels, they delivered them to us.”

“The property is older and rustic(ish)/outdated, but they are trying to provide a lodge type experience. The staff (front desk & housekeeping) is great and friendly, the breakfast is good and consistent. The pool is nice and love that there’s the outdoor option for summer months. Overall a great stay and I keep coming back.”

“The elevator was broken but the staff quickly changed us to a lower floor. The pool and hot tub were out of order. The staff was 100% great!!”

“The room had no ac that worked. The bathtub didn't drain the greatest. Only a couple of the outlets worked. It was a place to crash for the night”

“I didn't like the kids unsupervised and throwing trash in the hallways, running and screaming and bumping into people. In addition, playing hide and go seek at 2;30 IN THE MORNING IN THE HALLWAYS WAS NOT CONDUCIVE TO SLEEP.”
